   We are incredibly grateful to Dr Mark Robson and the team at Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialist for saving our little Coco’s life. After a very stressful weekend at the emergency vet, we were referred to Dr Robson. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in non-medical terms, even drawing pictures to help us understand what was happening. His recommendation proved to be life-saving. Dr Robson also took the time to check for other possible issues and ensured Coco’s comfort during recovery. Thanks to his skill and care, Coco was able to come home the same evening and has since made a wonderful recovery. Thank you for being so thorough!

   My cat had to send to the Animal Emergency, and the Veterinary Internal Medicine Specialists team are fantastic, the reception team went extra miles to help me for the application with Petfunders loan (a payment option they didn't do in the past) but they really trying to help the pet owners, so my cat was able to get the treatment done with a timely manner. They are awesome!! The doctor is very professional and with everything in writing and the medication doctor spoke slowly enough for me to understand what's the situation with their suggestions. I really appreciate VIM and Animal Emergency team's help and looked after my baby cat.
