Wonderful customer service and clearly love cats! My two cats, Arthur and Martha were happy and well cared for with plenty of attention to keep them calm. The place is clean with plenty of food and caring staff. Highly recommended!
Debbie took very good care of our cat while we were relocating. The place is clean and all the cats are well looked after and she charges reasonable rates. Highly recommend
Our cats vaccines weren't checked, giving the impression they let any cat in. Our cat stayed 4 nights and when dropping her off I provided a bag of her favourite toys and blanket however when it came to picking her up the bag had been given to another customer and we didn't get it back until 2 days later. The cattery itself was shabby and old looking. The impression given to me was that it was very disorganised.
We took our kitten to Cats n Clover recently and arrived approx 5mins early. Debbie's behavior towards us when we dropped the cat off was shocking. We also had a call (which was not at all pleasant - unless you enjoy being yelled at) when we were on holiday asking when we were going to collect the cat, which again we were shocked by, as we understood this was clear when we initially dropped the cat off? For context, the cat was only there for one weekend. In addition to this, when we arrived to collect our furbaby, she had no idea where the cat was in the communal area... we found it. Based on what we saw when we were in this cattery, it seemed that they take absolutely any cats in the communal area, even though they're aggressive to other cats. So overall, based on our experience, we would certainly NOT recommend. Look elsewhere.
Nacho-chip always enjoys his stay and I know he's well looked after. A great wee spot that's always calm, clean and quiet, which is just what the cats need when away from home. Thank you for also helping out when he came with medication prescribed the day of his check in! I was a bit stressed but Debbie and the team made me feel much better.
Best place to send your cat! Our boy had a blast here. He settled in nicely and Debbie kept us updated with messages and pictures! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a safe place to send their furbabies
Debbie was amazing with my very shy and timid cat. My cat only likes me and has never left the house before. She was well looked after and I had no concerns with the level of love and care she received. I will not hesitate to put my cats here again, amazing little retreat for the cats. You can tell they're all happy and settled there too. I would give more stars if I could!
Deb is wonderful, she has looked after my boy Larry twice now and he never wants to leave. She is a true animal lover, I would never take my cat anywhere else. Well priced also!
Picking up our boy tomorrow, So far it's been great Deb has stayed in contact with us when we have emailed her she's taken photos of him for us while we have been over seas I can't wait to come see him tomorrow and how see how looked after he has been. Great cattery. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR ❤️
