The new store is absolutely awesome! It’s so much easier to get to now, with plenty of convenient parking and easy access right to the door. The layout is great, with a huge range of products covering everything you could need. Prices are still super competitive, just as they’ve always been, and the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful every time I visit. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making the new store an even better experience for customers, highly recommend checking it out!
I had a really great experience with the 2 lovely staff members yesterday. Both were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in helping me choose the right products for my puppy. They went above and beyond and I'd definitely pop back in to that store when I'm in the area again.
I had been having so much trouble finding a coat for my little dog on-line, either too small or too big. I went into Animates and it took 3 tries and 3 visits before I found the right one for him. I would like the staff to know how proud I was of them all putting up with me, they made me feel so comfortable and not a nuisance at all. Thank you so much Judy

Amazing shop, I had to get a cat cage, but Airnz said that I can't take two cat cages, after I'd already paid for it and the extra cage, so they helped me out at the pet shop, you guys are awesome, many thanks to Sam and the lovely lady who assisted today xoxo to you guys, and thank you.
