I received exceptional customer service from Emma and the team at Summit Grains and Saddlery who negotiated with one of their suppliers to adjust the neck of a horse cover I had bought. Summit G&S's saddler shortened it as the manufacturer didn't make them the right size for us. They went to a lot of trouble and couriered it back to me as I don't live nearby. Highly recommend them to all.
