   @Emily Is she the shop manager? If so, there are currently no negative reviews here, but if reviews were honest, she would not even deserve one star. I went to this store three times specifically to enquire about puppy school. Each time, the staff took my phone number and told me they needed to check availability and would call me back. No one ever did. On my final visit, this woman told me that the earliest available class was a month later, and that this weekend’s class was “not possible”. During that conversation, it was very obvious she was trying to figure out how to brush me off, and how to discourage me from enrolling despite classes clearly being available. Other staff members clearly seemed to know when classes were running, but because she is the decision-maker, they did not dare to offer or confirm anything. I was left with a very clear impression that I was not welcome, despite the fact that the other staff were polite and professional. I do not understand why I was treated this way, but I can say this clearly: the attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Please rest assured, I will be telling everyone I know who owns a dog not to come to this store. There are other pet stores right next door — I see absolutely no reason to tolerate this kind of treatment. This was a very poor experience.

   After making a significant purchase yesterday, I returned to inquire about a misplaced item. A staff member who had just ended her shift (2 mins past 6) was just behind the closed store. I approached, hoping to ask a quick question through the door, which she needed to use to exit. Despite seeing me, she did not open the door or offer assistance. She stated through the glass that the register was closed and responded with an impatient "What?!" when I tried to speak. She then waited for me to leave before exiting herself. This interaction was unnecessarily dismissive and unhelpful. As a customer who has made substantial purchases here, I expect better treatment. I will be refunding my purchases and will not be purchasing anything from this store. Below is a photo of this individual leaving as soon as I jumped back into the car.

   The best pet store we’ve been to in Auckland. Rizzo gets really well looked after and the staff are really helpful and generally awesome. Rizzo loves soulmate food so much that we bought a bulk supply.

   Came in with my little pup Harley and one of the team, Isabelle, despite being on her day off went out of her way to make a fuss and cuddle her. If that wasn't enough she then recognized her again 3 days later and when I visited the store without her a few days after that she remembered her name and asked about her. This was a huge contrast to animates who didn't even look at her or acknowledge her. Customer for life here. Thanks! With love from Harley

   We’ve tried many groomers over the years and the woman here is my favourite by far! Always does an amazing job with the groom, and is so kind and attentive with my pups. The staff in the main store are really helpful and knowledgeable. They’re so kind and always shower my pups in affection which makes every trip there a positive one!
