“I can’t thank Eden enough for her help this week. My beautiful siamese cat and I live in Auckland and we were visiting family in Havelock North this week. Unfortunately my cat ingested a long piece of string and I called the practice for advice. Eden could easily have said she was too busy given I’m not a patient at the practice. Instead she listened, asked questions and immediately spoke to the vet and then gave me easy to follow advice on what to do next. When I went to the clinic, Eden talked me through the signs and symptoms that could indicate an obstruction and had prepared emergency after hours instructions on how and where to get help. Eden also made several follow up calls over the coming days just to check my cat was ok. I just can’t express how grateful I am for the care and support we received. Eden is an absolute legend and a true ambassador for Pet First. If I lived in HN I would enrol here in a heartbeat. Thank you!”

“If you haven’t tried pawsintepuna before please do so serena & Shaun are the most caring couple I have ever experienced at a cattery. Our beloved cat had such a wonderful time staying there for 4months. There were vet visits and special food requirements for our elderly cat & nothing was a problem caring for our cat. The facilities they offer are amazing and they keep developing new areas for cats to have a lovely stay they cater for all sorts of situations. Serena also keeps you posted on how the cats are doing thru instagram which for us was an amazing bonus as we were overseas. “I initially stumbled across Felix n Fido from a Dog Breeders recommendations and can definitely say I'm happy for this suggestion. I have bought all my dogs toys, bowls, etc from Felix n Fido. When comparing prices with the larger well known stores, the FnF prices were 90% of the time, significantly lower; the other 10% of the time they were lower or line ball. Being a local, family run business, I'd much rather support FnF than the larger companies who would more than likely have some significant buying power from their suppliers which SHOULD decrease the item cost but choose not to pass those savings on to the customer. In the past I was after a specific product from 'Aussie Dog', FnF at the time didn't stock this brand however were keen to help out, just 5 days later FnF had contacted their suppliers and my desired product was available for pickup! From organising the product, shipping from AUS to NZ available in 5 days, needless to say I was very happy with the service, and still am to this day!”
