The store is great. They are great, I have been a regular "pet.co.nz" customer since 2018, and they were great, but since they have merged with Petstock the service has been even better, from replacing faulty items right away, to amazingly fast shipping! I was blown away my last purchase, I live in a rural area, and usually would get my order 3 days later at best, which is understandable, but this time I ordered my large breed puppy's special food like usual, in the afternoon, and the next early morning it was here!! Truly amazing!”

“I stopped by this pet store recently because I’m wanting to start a tank and needed some advice and I’m so glad I did. A young woman working there (blonde, glasses) helped me out, and she was absolutely amazing. She really knew what she was talking about when it came to fish care, water treatments, and what species work well together. I had so many questions, and she was super patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. She even helped me pick out the right food and showed me which filters would work best for my setup. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals and wants people to succeed, not just sell products. I left feeling way more confident and excited about getting my tank started.”

I was served by the lovely Kimberly who helped me with fitting the harnesses and also with carrying one of them out to my car( I’m currently injured with a back problem). “Redwood Aquatics is an amazing shop for reptile and fish supplies! Debbie is always friendly, quick to respond to my emails, and incredibly helpful. The store is fun to visit and it’s great to have such a reptile-friendly place in Christchurch - which can be hard to find. Highly recommend!!!”

“Have been taking my cat to Claire and Colin at vetcall for a few years now. I find them to be very thorough and caring veterinarians. The nurses here are super lovely as well. They do also offer afterpay as well as royal canin food bag and pouch recycling. Highly recommend this wonderful team!”

“Great experience, I went in to just grab some raw meat for my pup after googling " raw pet food in Christchurch"...the friendly staff member questioned me on what I want for my pup, she was full of great knowledge on animal nutrition and done a quick free assessment, using my dogs weight, size, breed etc, she gave me recommendations on best food and importantly how much she should be feed daily. Great variety of good quality, healthy food for your pet. It looks like this is my new regular dog food supplier. I definitely recommend people at least check out the variety of pet food if your in the area.”
