   The team at Vets North Helensville are not only professional but caring showing empathy and always welcome you with a smile. They offer a helping hand when needed and genuinely care and show their love for all creatures small or large. I feel very confident about them looking after my greyhound which is a bit different than other dog breeds. Highly recommend them

   Dr Graeme and his team at Vet North Kumeu looked after my cat YinYang with incredible care after his accident. From before surgery to recovery, they were compassionate, thoughtful, and truly caring. After poor experiences at other clinics, I’m so grateful we found Vet North — they restored my trust in vet care. Our little YinYang is getting better and stronger every day.

   I've been using Vets North Helensville for more than 15years now, I have never received service that was less than excellent. The premise is clean, the products and services are modern, but more than anything else, the staff are incredible. The vets and support staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful, and clearly very skilled. I can't count the number of times Vets North Helensville has hugely improved the standard of my pets(and livestock!) lives.

   Took my puppy in again, this time for his final tax- he spends more time at the vet than he does anywhere else at the moment. Gemma is amazing, it is clear she loves Zephyr to bits and nothing is too much bother. she listens to all my groans about skin issues and hay fever and sympathises that I have a dog who appears to be allergic to everything. She actually consults rather than just talking at you, which I like. The girls on reception are always friendly and caring - I have found them to be much better with all my dogs than the previous vet practices I have used in the city. Graeme from the kumeu practice has also dealt with my geriatric dog and has cleared his ear issues right up , cheaply and without the dreaded ear cleaner - which he hates!! Super pleased I decided to try a local vet rather than drive out to east coast bays where my previous vet is located.

   I have recently moved to the area and my young cat went missing when we found her she had a broken back and i took her straight to Vets North Helensville. The clinic had not opened yet but they jumped in to action the team there acted very quickly but unfortunately her injury could not be treated and we had to say goodbye to her. This was truly one of the most difficult and heartbreaking things that we had to do and the staff were so good giving us time with her and i stayed with her the whole time. I had her ashes returned and i took her home which i thought was going to be the end of it, however today i received a lovely card with a heartfelt hand written message. Our house will always be missing not having her around but i am truly grateful for everything and your compassion and empathy. Stacey

   One of my brothers took one of his hens into this vet practice. All staff were a pleasure to deal with and so helpful. Cathy the vet was fantastic and had a fabulous knowledge of hens. If you're looking for a vet who understands hens this is the place.
