It had been a long day and with achy feet I called the store, I spoke to a very helpful young lady in the toy department, she checked that they had the item in stock and took one to the counter ready for me to just pop back in. “Superb steak and cheese pie. Massive and delicious sausage roll perfectly complemented by the coleslaw it came with. Shared a big bucket of fries that were amazing, best I’ve had in New Zealand (okay I’ve only been here a week but I’ve had quite a few in my life and these are up there). Was a bit weird that the chips came out before the pies but this worked out nicely, the aioli and salsa were great. Nice that the pastry goodies were warmed in the oven not a microwave. Coffees were excellent. Service was good. Toilets were clean. All easily accessible.”
