   I came in with my Mother on Sunday morning and was helped by a very tall female staff member. I couldn’t remember her name but she was so helpful with the fragrances! She recommended some that had no testers and was explaining the scent very well, I bought one on a limbo and the perfume she suggested is now my Top 1 Perfume to get. She had great customer service! Will definitely come again.

   I had a really disappointing experience at this chemist. I was prescribed 60 pills, but was only given 30. I knew this because I ran out after two weeks (it should have lasted a month) and I always put my medication straight into a pill tray. When I went in to explain, they insisted I must have lost them and that I definitely received 60 — even though that was impossible. I showed them the small container they’d given me, explaining there was no way 60 could fit. They told me the tablets were “small” and would fit. When they re-did my script, the new container was double the size — proving my point that I had only been given 30. I even went back again to show them it physically didn’t fit, but they still wouldn’t believe me and said they’d have to check the cameras. After finally checking the footage, they saw I was right all along — I was only given 30 pills. no accountability, and they made me feel like I was crazy the entire time. Really poor customer service and an awful way to treat someone who was simply trying to sort out a mistake. I will not be coming back with my multiple scripts ! I have been coming here for years

   Horrible experience i have had today at chemist warehouse hamilton central, i went to get medication with my toddler and while waiting I headed to perfume section, wanted to try some first but as there were no sample present for the one i was interested in, I started looking for lipsticks in makeup section, i realise that the staff lady was following me from perfume section to makeup. As i was trying some lipstick samples on my hand i didnt realise that my toddler has picked some sample lipsticks from the aisle, as soon I saw those lipsticks in his hand, i quickly asked him to return back on the aisle and he did put them all back. That lady sent the security gaurd to check what we have taken, he came and start checking weirdly very close to me and said 'nothing is there'. What an embrassment i went through, will never shop from the center place from now onwards, i was planning to buy suncreen, lipsticks and mascara that i was looking for but returned back on the aisle and left with medication. Shame on the staff who have this instinct of someone and embarass them on the basis of their prediction. Will never ever go back to this horrible place.

   I purchased a multivitamin from your Hamilton Centre Place branch on 6 September. Due to my busy schedule, I was only able to return to the store on 14 September to request a refund, as my sister had already bought the same product for my mother. To my surprise, I was informed that your policy does not allow refunds for items purchased more than 7 days ago. While I understand that policies are in place for a reason, I find it difficult to understand why a refund cannot be issued for an item that is completely new, unopened, and in its original condition—particularly when the return request was made only just beyond the 7-day timeframe. Naturally, I am not happy with this experience. In my view, refusing a refund in such circumstances reflects poorly on customer service, especially when many other retailers are becoming more flexible and customer-focused. Unfortunately, this has left me dissatisfied and I would not feel confident recommending your store to others. Note: there is no option for me to give any star on review.

   I found the Chemist Warehouse at Centre Place in Kirikiriroa to be fantastic. The staff were super helpful, and the prices were unbeatable. I got all my essentials at a fraction of the cost I'd normally pay. They had a great selection of products, from skincare to medication, and the team was knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely my go-to spot for pharmacy needs in Hamilton, Centre place. Highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

   Didn’t get the item I wanted because they didn’t have the tester. I was treated horribly by staff. I asked to smell the perfume so I know it is the one I am after. She denied me and rolled her eyes. When I went to purchase she did not clarify if I wanted a bag or not and did not let me know about the fee until after I had already purchased my product. I needed a bag as the perfume I brought was expensive and I didn’t want it to be stolen as I went about my day. Absolutely terrible customer service by Rose Marie and I hope that this changes in the future.
