   A well stocked shop. It’s a shame that the owners are always late to open, they don’t even say hello or sorry or make eye contact with you - it just feels weird and disrespectful. Customer service is a mixed bag, sometimes pleasant and then other times they are not friendly. They can’t be bothered to help find items some days, but then can on others. Give a miss and go to the supermarket (same prices) unless they have something specific you can’t get elsewhere.

   Went in to buy bird food for a friend and wasn’t sure exactly what to get. I asked for help, but the staff member just muttered “back aisle” over and over and seemed more annoyed that I was interrupting his food than interested in helping me. I ended up buying the wrong item. I came back the next day to exchange it and explained the mix-up — that I clearly didn’t know what I was buying, and I needed bird food. What I tried to buy that day was bird food. What I got the day before wasn’t. But instead of helping, they insisted they gave me what I asked for. When I pointed out that they’d been unhelpful the day before, the guy got angry, calling me rude repeatedly. That’s when he hit me with, “This is not America. The customer is not always right!” Then, because I’d "blamed" him for the mix up, he refused to serve me — wouldn’t even let me buy the correct item I came in for. Absolutely outrageous behavior. Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude, dismissive, and no interest in helping customers at all.

   Worst customer service. I went there this morning with my 2yr old son to buy a few items. I was looking for an item and asked for help and was directed to an isle. I couldn’t find the item so asked for help again but got told rudely to “look harder”. When I complained at the counted they said it was at the isle and another person when there and said “you can’t see this??”..I was shocked and left the store. it is a shame this is the customer service available. There was no one else in the shop and it’s sad they went above and beyond to make a customer feel horrible. If it was possible I would have given them 0 stars!

   Bullies!! We had parked in your car park for three minutes, went to the shop next door then went to go into your shop and you stood at our car intimidating mum with taking photos. When I phoned you to ask why you intimidated you said it was your right as its a 15 minute park, well take photos at 16 minutes you are Rude!!

   Binn inn is a very good place to get the amount of product you want. It would help if they provided scales on the sheves to wiegh the amount we want. It has lots of goods I have not heard of.

   This is just the best bin Inn in NZ. Always friendly service and trying to get what you need if not in stock. We both enjoy buying our supplies here. The parking out front makes a quick shop very easy.
