   I had purchased a coverlet on Thursday night and my daugther didnt like the print of the coverlet. So I went to the store yesterday unfortunately the lady said they were closing so I said to myself ok I will call them tomorrow or visit them tomorrow. So I rang the lady name Kura sales rep n explained her tht the coverlet is in its original form not touched and i couldnt come ealier to exchange due to work so she said sorry we dont return bedding. I mean which part of you didnt get untouched and original packaging. Very poor customer service they need more training interms of customer first as she failed to listen and than react. They made me feel like I had used it not even offering me to visit to have a look at the product instore instead just accused. When I visited another store they looked at the item and they clearly said yesh its untouced as it was in it original form. Manukau team is the worst Interms of their service never going back to bed and bath just for their customer service and also when I rang head office in nz the lady name Shalah also gave worst service she just said I will call the management team and she got back by saying im just here to explain you the policy, excuse me hun which part of original packaging and untouched you guys didnt get. please train ur team memebers weather in store or in head office in regards to customer service will not recommend shopping here ever.

   Very much disgusted with their customer service no manners at all, one employee says yes I can open things to check the size then other one goes off at me like she was scaring me or something? They don’t smile, don’t welcome you, don’t ask you if you need help, and just negative attitude, no offence but idk how these people get employed. Thankssss

   I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. My concerns were not addressed properly, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping resolve the issue. Communication was slow and unprofessional, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I expected better treatment and will be taking my business elsewhere. Lady at the counter should learn some customer skills.

After asking for my ph number and said your Margaret when I left said " you have a lovely day Margaret" which was so nice to hear .. Great customer service.. Don't know the young ladies name but was serving on Sunday 27 July.. blonde hair..

   Went in today and a lovely young girl greeted me right away, she helped me with a secret Santa gift, showed me a few items was extremely helpful. I seen she was busy doing something beforehand and she was still willing to stop what she was doing and help me. Even when I left I felt as if every staff member was very smiley ☺️. Great specials on by the way and very good Secret Santa gifts.
