   Often do click and collect for this store, staff usually friendly but my most recent visit felt like I was an inconvenience to one particular staff member who served me. Rude and no manners and was cutting me off. The store was a mess.

   I'm not a great fan of the retailer pushing products for special deals and prices only to arrive at the premises to purchase a product only to be told you can pay for the special price and we will notify you when the product arrives. If you don't have the product why special it for in-store. I'm still awaiting my product in which they have had the money for quite a few days now. Would appreciate the product please.

   Big thanks to the lovely young woman who helped us with our purchase today, sorry I do not have her name. We bought two feather pillows and a feather mattress topper and she was so helpful. She found the size we were after out the back and told us how much her mother enjoys the one she has. We would probably not have spent so much had she not been such a great salesperson. They are amazing, thank you so much.

   You should probably learn how to actually be kind and train your new staff properly. If you guys spent less time talking smack about each other and treating your new staff with respect, you could possibly retain your workers and have less of a turnover. Very toxic work culture and HR should DEFINITELY have some proper training put in place. Workplace bullying is never okay....especially when it's the manager.

   Lady getting my click and collect spent the whole time huffing and puffing that my order was split into multiple packages from other stores, that isn't my problem. Also wasn't organized into a bag for me to collect so took 10 mins to pick up my order. Would be a lot easier if online click and collect orders were ready in a bag and checked already ready for your customers to collect when they come in.
