   NOT WORTH ANY STARS>>>BAD COMPANY.....THEY ARE RIP OFFS They didnt deliver the couch i wanted they more like what it looks like made it then delivered it without letting me know and delivered it home while i wasnt home an left it with my 14 year old who had no id, i have tryed to make contact with this company for 4 weeks and NO ONE WANTS TO CONTACT ME .. BAD SERVICE, the 0800 is useless as well they just leave messages for this company.

   Very bad on communication skills, overpriced electronics, doesn't meet delivery times. Will charge if cancelled even if they don't meet delivery times. They clearly stated in contract "Will be delivered after 10 payment etc". Wouldn't recommend to anyone in the community. If you have the same problems ? Please contact me.

   Not even worth a star to be very honest Auckland based customer service so poor. They are so quick to come door knocking to sell their products but they can't even follow up with customers regarding their items. We were expecting our stuff for the 12th of November yet its been a week and nothing. We phone them up 30 times and they blocked our numbers, we emailed them with the email on the website it doesn't even work. However we tried the 0800 number and all we got was we will Try and contact the delivery team. By the way that was 4 times. No follow ups at all All we want is the stuff we are paying for or have our money back. Unprofessional and last time I will ever trust a sales person in to our house. THEY ARE NOT WORTH THE TIME, MONEY AND Energy people.
