   Steve did a great repair job to my dryer, he even waited around to make sure it worked well. We were surprised when the new capacitor was faulty and blew after 2 minutes. He replaced it again and dryer now works well. Very thorough workmanship. Thanks, Steve. Fei.

   Came to our house twice to look at dishwasher fault. Both times nothing was done even thou we advised fault code and fault would occur towards end of cycle. Third visit came to our house to remove dishwasher and take back to workshop. He rung me and advised he couldn't remove dishwasher as feet at back wouldn't wind down and it was jamming. Offered no option to sort. When i got home I removed dish washer myself by manually winding down rear feet. It only took 10 minutes. I rang Fisher and Paykel the next morning and they sent a technicain around that afternnon. Fault sorted and part replaced within an hour. Wishart were a total waste of time and money
