Horrible service - I had a call out in December, they charged me 155 to tell me the pump needs replacement and we need to order a new one. I had to call them consistently and no one calls back, all they say it says on system we still awaiting spare part and we need to call and check. It's March now and I still dnt know what is going on, no one calls back to give an update - please spare your time and money and Dnt ever approach them
When we built our new home 7 years ago we kitted out with Bosch from Able Appliances. Recently our 23 year old trusty Miele Washing machine and Condenser Dryer gave up the ghost. Back to Able Appliances and the wonderful Joanne ensured we had shiny new Bosch in place promptly. Fantastic service and pricing. An absolute pleasure to do business with. Why would you go anywhere else. There are many businesses out there who could do well to take a leaf out of the Joanne customer care book.
I have purchased 2 lots of Bosch Ovens & Hobs from Able Appliances. Joanne was really helpful in answering all my questions when I was trying to decide what I wanted. Nothing was ever a problem and she replied to my emails very quickly. Would definitely recommend. Updated 14/12/20 - We have purchased a hob for my parents. As per previous times, Joanne was amazing & a pleasure to deal with. I cannot thank her enough along with Arajan. Thanks guys
I mentioned in passing to Joanne that an appliance I had purchased several years ago had developed a fault, but was now well out of warranty. Otherwise I was very happy with the appliance. Nonplussed, Joanne immediately said she would follow up with manufacturer. Within a week rep visited and remedied the fault for us, no charge. Thanks for the proactive and thoughtful service. Will be back to buy our next appliance from Able Appliances in due time.
We were very impressed with your company and especially your sales person Joanne. She went above and beyond to help us out. She promptly emailed all the specs from the appliances we were interested in and also emailed specs from appliances we might be interested in.
