Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with Alvin who served today. Not rude, not disrespectful, just very tired and exhausted and doesnβt want to work. It seemed like someone forced him to serve me. The first guy I met when I first walked in was really nice, tried to help me, but it seemed like the printer wasnβt his department so he handed me over to Alvin. I already said Iβm not interested in the One NZ promotion in the first place, and he was still asking questions to see if Iβm βeligibleβ for the promotion, saying, βI just need to see if youβre eligible for the promotion.β Dude, Iβm not interested. I left without purchasing since they donβt have stock anyway. Very sad because their store is beautiful, and this is probably just my personal experience and does not apply to all staff members.

Harvey Norman Wairau Flagship Store - had a very disappointing experience with a staff member (lady) from the tech/service team. The customer service was poor. She did not acknowledge customers waiting in the queue, avoided eye contact, and appeared to prioritise customers she personally favoured. The way she communicated was unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations. Poor customer service and not recommended.

I followed up on a warranty case and gotten feedback that it with not a manufacturer fault. Didnt even call me for 3 days. I had to follow up. Used the product for only a few months not even half a year. I asked then what caused it. Staff answered βi dont knowβ i cant even get a response. Whats the point of purchasing additional warranty for the product?????? Or just a proper CS would be nice! Frustrating as a customer

We visited today specifically to purchase a Shark carpet cleaner and had already decided to buy it. However, the experience was quite disappointing. We waited around 10 minutes for assistance, and when a staff member finally came over, we clearly told him we were ready to purchase. Instead of helping us complete the sale, he walked away to serve other customers, leaving us waiting again. We were prepared to buy on the spot, but the lack of attention and customer service made the experience frustrating. Definitely an area that could be improved.

My fridge died and I needed a replacement urgently. I could only find one suitable fridge freezer for my space and called Harvey Norman Wairau Park to find there was one left and it could be delivered the next day (a Saturday!) but I would have to act quickly. The very helpful staff member Robbie took my details over the phone so it wouldn't sell online before I got there, then when I got there he made the transaction all very easy. New fridge was delivered less than 24 hours later! Amazing service, thanks team!

Amazing Customer Service. A huge thank you to Shane and Lucky from the computer department for their patience in explaining options to me. They went over and above to ensure they understood what I needed and then went on to suggest my options. No pressure just genuine good service. Then thank you to Grant in the appliance service department who also went above and beyond to fix a problem created by the Outlet store. It is very rare to find this level of customer service anywhere. Such a pleasant change.

We made a deal on 30/07 for a couch for 2800 and 300 for protection all inclusive meaning delivery fees. The next day we went in and they dishonoured a deal because we had no written quote from them! We spoke to the manager n he simply said they cannot honour the deal! Guys next time you go to this store, DO NOT TRUST THEM! Have your quote written down if you are closing a deal! Pathetic service and lost a customer only for $150! It matters to us but i dont think this would have matter to so called business Harvery norman

Should be 0 stars. Sorry to say this, just got out from this HN "Flagship" store, and I feel bit embrassed. I felt customer executives who delt with me was "politely" rude and have a strong attitude. They don't even consider me as a potential buyer. I felt like, "we are not here for you. Just check and get out". I was even well dressed. Dont know what made them to think like that. It's very sad for me and may not come back. I believe this should be improved to exist in this modern world of online shopping.

I went in to purchase a capsule coffee machine which I did. Janelle was very helpful and knowledgeable about capsule machines. I was lucky enough to also have some time with the Nespresso rep where I got to sample coffee so I knew exactly what flavour capsule to purchase. He was such a great help. Very professional and also knowledgeable. My overall shopping experience here was a success.
