    I visited the Spark Centreplace Mall store to collect two SIM cards after transferring my connection from 2degrees to Spark. Earlier in the day, Spark’s online customer service confirmed that my request had been placed and that I could collect the SIMs from my nearest Spark store. When I arrived, I was assisted by Rose Kaul. Unfortunately, my experience with her was unprofessional and disappointing. After taking my phone number and ID, she immediately told me there were no physical SIM cards available and that only eSIMs could be issued. I explained that Spark’s online team had already set up my transfer request and confirmed physical SIMs were available. Rather than re-checking or clarifying, she raised her voice, dismissed my explanation, and went so far as to say that Spark’s own customer service team “didn’t know anything.” This was very concerning. Customers place trust in Spark as a brand, and hearing a staff member openly speak negatively about Spark’s own team damages confidence in the company. It also creates unnecessary stress for new customers who are simply following the instructions given by Spark itself. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and completely changed the experience. She confirmed that SIM cards were in fact available, explained the process clearly, and helped me complete everything smoothly. Her polite, professional, and respectful approach not only solved the issue but also reassured me that I had made the right decision moving to Spark. I want to leave this feedback constructively: frontline staff are the face of Spark. Every word, tone, and action directly reflects on the brand. Customers deserve accurate information, calm communication, and respectful service — especially when they are new to Spark and forming their first impressions. While mistakes and misunderstandings can happen, professionalism should never be compromised. I am grateful to the second staff member for her excellent service, but I strongly recommend that Spark provides additional training to Ms. Kaul on communication, teamwork, and customer care. One negative interaction can undo the trust built by many positive ones, while a professional and empathetic approach creates loyalty and strengthens Spark’s reputation.

    Never answers their phone. I have been unsucessful twenty-seven times over twelve days. I can guarantee they will reply this review, giving all the excuses under the sun! A phone company that doesnt answers their phone isnt worth signing up with. Any issues you have, you'll never get ahold of them. Lets face it, they cant be that busy to answer the phone for twelve days.
