   I had my Bosch front-loader washing machine fixed by Steve this week, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I called on Monday, he came Wednesday, replaced the filter, and got my washing machine working again—all for just $165! Prompt and easy communication, a really good price, and friendly service. Highly recommend!

   My mum had a booked appointment and she was dealing with janet. Upright rude!! She then advised that the technician will be around between 10am-1pm. No communication what so ever. Tried calling the office no answer just goes straight to voicemail. The technician is 40 minutes late and still counting. Very shocking After many attempts finally got through to the office and was advised the technician attend however he was at the next door neighbors place. No phone call advising he was onsite at the wrong address nor no communication from the technician advising he was around or else he would have ended up at the correct place which was right next door. Janet then mentioned he wouldnt be able to get back till sometime in the afternoon after waiting around all day if that didnt suit he could attend again tommorow. This was denied as we had been mucked around all day. This bussiness needs to learn how to communicate with customers ina prompt and efficient way. Have gone else where

   Janet and Steve were very responsive, kind in their dealings and quick on the job. Steve fixed our washing machine very quickly and is a great chat as well. Highly recommend this business for repairs, especially locally in Porirua!

   I won't recommend this company. We asked the repairer to provide us the name of faulty part ( after we paid for the visit), the question has been accused as distrust. Janet ( the owner) was very upset about our attitude. I had to explain to her that we didn't have any ill motive. We were just looking for information. From a customer's point of view, I would have thought that is perfectly reasonable to ask information that we didn't understand? If customer don't understand, you should try to educate us? What's the point for the visit if you can't explain fully to your customers about your opinion? Anyway, I will never use this company again.

   I didn't know these guys but made my time take a phone call from these guys through a Noel Leeming's warranty claim (it appears these guys are contractors for NL). My first impression of these guys is the woman who called me show nothing but complete disrespect to customers through her attitude. Will never use them, as I don't trust they will assess warranty situations fairly. And their attitudes damage Noel Leeming's reputation as well.

   So far so good! Brilliant and fast in getting hold of us. The repair man was super friendly and would do his best to get us sorted. Came within 3 days of us putting in the fault. Said he'd arrive between 11 and 2. Was at our door at 11 prompt! Got the part sourced and will be back on Tuesday. Fast and friendly service! Update, all fixed! No hassles. He was prompt on the spot again. Awesome service!
