Staff friendly, fixed a minor problem & changed to cheaper plan. Will review new plan shortly as internet usage speed reduces very quickly to slow speed.
Some of the most abysmal customer service ever received. While answering the branch phone for a simple query, not only were they not wanting to be remotely helpful, while giving as short answers as possible but they insisted on projecting patronising behaviour at the same time. Poor effort spark.
