Had an amazing experience with the team in henderson. The entire process was smooth & stress free. I applied over the phone with Charles for the new iphone 17 and they delivered it to me the very next day at no extra charge!? They also gifted some additional items which was awesome?!! The team went above & beyond and im truly grateful for it. I highly recommend this store and especially Charles who was very friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service.

Went to casa beds henderson and was served by Jay, Best customer service ever! Fast, Reliable, easy to contact and responds quickly. Purchased 2 single beds from here. Jay asked me if the singles were for my self, I told him it was for my 2 kids. He upgraded both my mattresses free of charge! Absolutely greatful and definitely 100% recommend!! Good! If there was ANYthing slightly off, it'd be the delivery boys. Very grumpy and unresponsive to my politeness. I greated them with a big smile, asking how their day is going, and was completely ignored. Any further attempts i made at friendly conversation was met with silent frowns. The gentleman I delt with on the phone however was both friendly polite and eager to help.
