Throughout that whole process, the mechanics were happy to spend time talking with me about the problem, explaining aspects that I didn't understand, discussing the various options I had and what they thought the best course of action was. They are very responsive and proactive; they send me a text when my car is ready for pickup and reminder notices when my WOF is due. Very happy with the service!”
