I only had dealings with the receptionist. Great service and communication, helpful and friendly. Prestige Collision should give her a pay rise. The work on my car was very well done by the repair wizards put the back. Highly recommend.
This is how I received my car after the repair. Good job. Too dirty and damaged boot. I will bring my car tomorrow. Thanks for fixing everything the next day. I changed my review to 5 stars for overall experience.
Rubbish!! Paintwork was okay but mechanical and electrical systems were disappointing with ongoing problems that disrupted door lock function and a number of electronic connectors were damaged and not replaced or repaired. We returned the vehicle for remediation twice and while while some items were resolved others were not and we gave up and had them remediated at our cost. I think the major problem was that we did not own a Bentley!!! For us the service was not prestigious.
Were great from start to finish. They arranged everything, had to wait for parts from overseas which turned up 6 weeks early but time to do repair organised easily. Girls in office very helpful and was no problem with loan car when i needed longer as an extra part was airfreighted. When they said they would call they did and everyone seemed very happy in their work. Smooth process and i would not use anyone else but hopefully no one runs into me again :-) Thank you!!
Nice great facility. Good comms throughout the repair stage. Nice up to date courtesy car. Not sure what the $40 deposit for the car was about though. It could've come out of the repairs claim. I like you pay for the fuel you use on the courtesy car. Will have to wait for the car to see how the repairs went to which I'm sure will be great.
we have been now 2nd time at PRESTIGE with an insurance body repair & paint job of our VW t-cross R-line grey. In both repairs we have been excellent serviced, even when time schedule is quite long, the quality balances it out. On booking in, the Comp.-Boss himself took over in first place with photographing the damage and covering the broken window with foil and in time between we've got for a minor fee a BMW courtesy car. Good experience in Hamilton.
