   The service was quick and efficient, and they did a good job fixing my car, it is a BMW 7 series 2010. However, there was some miscommunication over the phone. When I asked about the cost, I thought labour was included in the price I was given, but when I went to pay the final bill was much higher. The work itself was done well, but it would be much better if the full cost, including labour, was clearly explained and agreed on beforehand.

   We have our son in to sit his learners. I can not say enough, how wonderful we have been treated. Two times we have been asked did we need help, this is just well we are waiting. What a pleasure to be at this site, highly recommended if your feeling nervous about sitting your license. What wonderful staff, people that actually love their jobs. Well done AA team.

   I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by the AA service center at Devonport road. I had paid $409 for their gold service, but just two days later, the engine light came on. I returned to the service center expecting them to address the issue for free since it occurred right after the gold service. However, to my surprise, they informed me that I have to pay $161 for the scan and labor. After conducting the scan, they claimed that they could not find anything wrong and suggested that it would take a significant amount of time and money to identify the problem. Frustrated, I decided to take my car to a local workshop instead. To my astonishment, they were able to identify the issue within minutes - a crack in the air hose. I then returned to the AA service center to discuss the situation. The guy in the reception attempted to defend himself and offered me a me $55 refund and a free WOF (Warrant of Fitness) and trade prices Airhose as compensation. Dissatisfied with this resolution, I lodged three complaints through the AA website. It was later revealed that the service center is a franchisee, not directly affiliated with AA. A representative from the complaint section contacted me, but it seemed that they were convinced it was not their fault. Despite this, I decided to follow their suggestion and discuss the refund, WOF, and a trade price for the air hose with the receptionist. However, upon arriving at the center, I was publicly humiliated by the owner, who was sitting at the reception. It was clear that he had no intention of resolving the issue. In light of these experiences, I have decided to abandon my pursuit of a refund, as it appears to only benefit the owner. I strongly advise anyone considering using this AA service center to be prepared for potential problems and exorbitant costs.
