Bought two cupboards with HUGE stickers on them. 2YEARS later still struggling to get the stickers off-1mm at a time The most insanely stupid way of irritating buyers as scraping off with a special sharp paint scraper will damage the cupboards but really!!
I have dealt with Mr Shelf a few times now and have always found them very helpful. Quick to response to requests and nothing is too much of a problem. They are the best!!

Had a terrible experience with this company. Waited for an order for couple of weeks, was called to pick it up, wrong size given although charged for the correct one, returned it and was told there was no sign of my unit, waited again for a second unit, picked it up, wasn't square, no argument there, waited for it to be corrected, had unit installed, it didn't fit, discovered it was 10mm short one way and 5mm short the other, took it back and asked for the advertised dimensions, was talked at by four separate people, the first ladies came out together to go over what I had already discussed on the phone,the second lady measured, agreed it wasn't right or square, went and got a cabinetmaker who said it is what it is and stormed off aggressively in some sort of hissy fit, I told the lady who was there it was truly unprofessional behaviour and it really wasn't my fault the cabinet wasn't what was on the paperwork? Then an arrogant young manager came out to tell me the dimensions advertised for the unit weren't actually what was on the paperwork and if I wasn't happy he would refund me or I could wait another month because they had other paying customers to make orders for? He was terribly sarcastic. Be careful to check what you are getting, apparently rough dimensions are acceptable in cabinetry?. It was an upsetting experience and I feel they lied to save themselves the cost and grief of redoing the correct job. It took 4 ppl to give me no resolve, all who measured it and saw it was wrong but decided to try to convince me it was normal. After three return trips I had to take what I had because of the wait involved and the delays I had already made, my carpenter filled the gaps. Maybe change the paperwork and advertising would be my suggestion so people know what they are actually buying and find a better Manager while your at it. If I was the owner of this business I would not be happy.
Great experience with Mr Shelf over the total job. We used their shelving at our new shop and were very happy with the service, the verbal communication we had with Deb Reardon and the attention to detail of the whole process. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
