We have worked with the team at Hatch for many many years! Such a fantastic baby store - they have every thing you need and the knowledge on what works. They also carry a big range of OiOi nappy bags and accessories so we love being able to send local customers to them as their customer service is wonderful.
Great customer service and reasonable prices. Every time we visit this shop, Kim (sorry if this is not the correct name) is super friendly and helpful. She always takes her time to explain everything and provides useful guidance even when she knows we are not planning to buy anything. She never push sales, but her customer service skills and knowledge always takes us back to this shop.
I got the shoes for my baby last 2 weeks . It costs $70. I was surprised because of the yellow colour from the leather faded when the shoes are wet or even normal sweating from summer heat, the colour apply on my babyβs skin and really hard to wash it outβ¦ contact customer service but i couldnt return or have any solution because i dont keep the receipt :((

I LOVE shopping at Mama Mias. The staff are always warm and friendly on arrival. I have purchased many presents for friends over the years. On my last trip into the store I was unsure on what to get and the ladies in store were fantastic giving me ideas on what to get. I would and DO highly recommend this store for all your baby needs.
