   We used Phoenix Kitchens to do a complete remodel of our very dated 25 year old kitchen. Phoenix were superb to work with and they were very thorough and reliable. Their workmanship was excellent and the results were amazing. Since the kitchen has been installed we have added a fabulous zebra print splash back to add some interest to the whole look. Highly Recommended. 10/10

   Phoenix Kitchens designed, manufactured and installed built-in cupboards for the home office and den of our Mt Eden villa. They also made some extra cupboards and drawers for our kitchen to make it more functional. We enjoyed working with the Phoenix team. The cupboards look and feel top quality and the installation process was smooth. As to be expected in older houses, some of the cupboards and shelves had to be adjusted on site, but the team were always ready to problem solve. We love our new built-ins. The installers took a lot of pride in their work and this shows in the finished result.

   Worst company I have ever dealt with, avoid at all costs! Paid a $5k deposit & had to hound them for months (usually with no response) to even see a concept plan, which turned out to be hand drawn (no nice CAD drawings here), a week before my kitchen was due to be made. Owner was extremely rude to deal with & never returns emails or calls. We had issues with installation & panels being cut to wrong sizes. Handles were late despite having 6 months to organise. Quality issues further down the track, and it took 8 weeks of me hassling them before they would agree to uphold their warranty. More issues installing the replacement panels, so in total 4 months for them to rectify their faulty product, with no real ownership of responsibility, and certainly no apology or attempt at customer service. Pretty appalled that a company with such poor customer service & follow through is still in business.
