I wouldn’t shop from this company again.. I had purchased some RGB lights from Trade Me while I was in hospital so couldn’t make it into the shop.. it was delivered to my home and received once I got out of hospital.. however there was a cord missing from the box that helps connect it all together to work.. I emailed them straight away explaining this with photos and 2 days go buy and no email back at all.. I drove to the shop to get it replaced for another RGB light setup with the correct parts, so did replace it but made it out like it wasn’t there problem or fault, I had no apology and the service wasn’t the best.. please be wary when buying from this company on Trade Me or online.. disappointing and could have been handled better.
This shop has a good range of products at reasonable prices. They've started a vege stall in the front of the business. It appears the veges are popular as stocks go down quickly each day. It's handy having a carpark area in front of the shop.
So dissapointed I made an online order of face cream you sent me invoice paid later you sent email that refunded which is not true sent you email when i will receive my order you don't reply I call u never pick I dont need the cream since your services are just something else could you please refund my money
Firstly, they should really look at getting a receptionist/ more numbers, as their listed number tends to just ring, out all the calls I made they only picked up my first ever call to them, the remaining times I called, I had to wait for them to call me back. Secondly, I placed an order online, got the automated confirmation email and waited. Not receiving any more info or my package, I called them, only to be told that it will be delayed due to it dispatching from another warehouse, which I was fine with, but asked them to please send tracking info, which they confirmed they'll do (I never received it). After a few more days, I contacted them again, this time to be told that a fire might have damaged my package, but was told that they will be dispatching a new package for me that same day and I will receive it after the weekend probably. (also again asking for tracking nr to be passed, but again, nothing......) Following week, I called again.... , no answer, but a few minutes later, an email stating that I will not be receiving a package as the burnt package was the last unit.... And that they will refund me (which they did). But why lie and tell me you're sending a second unit that same day, only to tell me that there was never a second unit that could be sent a few days later? Don't get it. keep in mind this whole process almost took about 3 weeks communicating back and fourth, with me having to call them each time regarding a parcel with empty promises Will never shop by them again, nor recommend them........... Honestly waste of my time.
Love this place....they have just about everything there...or you can go on line to order. The guy in there is just lovely, he goes out of his way if he hasn't got it.
A good place to buy from. Online purchase was despatched quickly, fast response to my question. Recommended
