   I'm pregnant and bought a bed and mattress. In the store, they told me they would bring them and set it up. First, people who arrived had a bad attitude. Second, they got upset when I asked them to please take off their shoes since I have everything carpeted. Their response was even ruder, and they reluctantly took off their shoes, left things scattered, and left without setting anything up. For me as a pregnant woman in my Third trimester it’s to hard to set it up by myself. If the staff commit to something at the store, they should fulfill it. It's no surprise they're closing soon if they've treated several customers the same way.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service. Literally paid for a product, a minute later I realised the product I bought wouldn’t fit in apartment. Before even touching the product asked for a refund, The shop owner refused to give the refund and was so rude, the product was still on the shelf not moved. In the end had to pay an extra $60 for a “service fee” to get the remaining money back. $60 down the drain for nothing. It’s the attitude and absolutely no negotiation for me that makes me angry. Different story if I had left the shop or took the product home. Such a rude owner

   The whole customer service was good but when I asked them if they accept Amex and the lady was like They don't but she can try if we don't have another mode of payment - customers are not to play games with. You either accept a form of payment or you don't, they lost my custom right there. I purchased the same bed frame from the westgate branch and they did not have any problems accepting Amex and were fairly straight forward in telling me over the phone that they do accept it.

   Went to look at purchasing a bed and was greeted by a friendly staff member, Cherise and she asked us what type we were looking for. She showed us a few options and said to spend around 10 mins or more to try and was not pushy at all. She usually works in the furniture dept, but today was helping us. We eventually settled on a really comfortable bed and she said to allow approximately 1 month for the mattress to mould to our bodies. We found her really easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, highly recommend this store There was a slight issue just after receiving, the headboard received was not the one ordered, I phoned and spoke to murray who was very helpful, he asked if we could re package it and it would be swapped for a new one, it was a few days later that it was picked up but the new one as stated wasn't on the truck, I spoke to the driver who told me that he was told that this one was going to be used again, there was miscommunication between the bed manufacturer and the bed shop and definitely no communication to me. I also noticed that the 2 drawers that we had weren't sanded leaving sharp edges and if not careful could easily cut your hand or fingers, when I raised this I was told that the same was to other drawers in the showroom also, not impressed as this is a quality concern. Even though you don't see when drawers are closed doesn't mean that it should be left un sanded, a slight let down but getting used to a different mattress.

   Can't speak highly enough of this place. I walked in around 4pm on a Thursday afternoon just to have a look at some beds - we were helped by the owner who was not pushy at all, in fact he encouraged me to look elsewhere and come back even if I found something I liked! His wife was also lovely and very helpful. However, I found a bed right away and fell in love with it, and within about half an hour I was ready to purchase. The process of purchasing and organising delivery was quick and easy, and less than 24 hours after I walked into the store the bed was delivered to me - the delivery guys were also super nice and got it done in record time. The best customer service I've received in a long time, I won't look anywhere else for bedding needs!

   Fantastic service from the moment we stepped into the shop. Very helpful and patient. Communication was faultless and delivery was as arranged and included set up of the slat bed and removal of all packaging. OUTSTANDING. This was part of there service and lucky it was as hubby broke his arm the night before it arrived so no way would we have been able to set up our new bedroom furniture in an upstairs room. Both the delivery men were professional respectful and had a good sense of humor. Highly recommended The Bed shop. A+

   Customer service was fantastic, the staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. The quality and comfort of all their mattresses is great and they had some reasonably prices ones too. We ended up with a managers special mattress from the floor for an amazing price but in perfect condition, we bought the mattress at 3pm and the staff were great and organised delivery that day and we had our mattress on our bed within 2 hours! The guys even tightened up some screws on our preexisting frame. Highly recommend. (All their furniture looks fantastic too, good looking and good quality)
