“Love the coffee here, they do a mean coconut flat white and it is also the most reasonably priced coffee in town, if your in the area definitely recommend grabbing a takeaway”

“Came to Matamata with family, who are very picky eaters. When you walk in, the restaurant is split into a kebab shop portion and proper restaurant with double height ceiling with soft ambient lighting. Staff service was very polite, respectful and attentive. We ordered 9 dishes from chicken, to mussells to the vege platter. All of them tasted amazing! Our favourites were the: - Spanish mussells, the flavour of the sauce mixed well with bread. - Lamb cutlets, the Charcoal held well with the scent of the meat. Would recommend anyone to join, from couples wanting a nice dinner date to larger families, as ty have large numbers of seating. Cost is as per menu, not the cheapest in town, not fine dining; worth the price.”

“My husband and I visited this cafe for the first time this weekend and were glad we did; the food was delicious, the coffee was good, and the presentation was beautifully done. We look forward to our next visit.”
“This is a great spot to stop in for wine, food and good vibes! Right across from the Museum Theatre Gallery and very central, we stopped after doing the self guided Art Decco walking tour. Great wine and great service!”
“I'm vision impaired and struggled to read their menu (Very small print with fancy font). It's very busy and I found it difficult to read what they had. It also says online that they make vegan Mac n cheese etc however when I asked they only had soups and fresh sandwiches, tacos etc. The chipotle taco, soup and sandwich I had on two separate occasions were delicious and the fact they cater for vegans and vegetarians is amazing. Seems alternative eating has gone backwards everytime I visit NZ however this place is amazing.”
“Trendy bar, great craft beers and the waiter was very friendly. Cheers”

“Sharing a quiet Father's Day High Tea with my significant other could not have been more special. This is not our first experience here, and it won't be our last. Everything is exceptional! The staff are the most professional team, who are at your service covering every detail with quiet expertise rarely seen in other eating establishments. And then there is the food!!.... Thankyou so much for our very memorable time spent with you all.”
“Cool space with great coffee, a few staples of the coffee trade on sale too... Filters, contraptions, and beans.”
“I found they made authentic desserts and visited again with my partner. I was stunned once more! The sandwich was massive and full of fresh ingredients. The salami, parsleys, ham, cheese, baby spinaches and handmade bread! The best ever! I couldn't even finish it over there and fetched it for dinner as well. When it comes to dessert, I've tried cardamom roll, pan au chocola, brown butter cookie, mascapone chocolate tart. None of them disappointed me. Every single thing was authentic. You can see different range whenever you visit then you can't be sick of their menu. Especially, brown butter cookies, it's fabulous when you have it a bit cool. The butter flavour is flooring at every bite and half the cookie is chocolate. Highly recommended and will definitely visit again”
“Staff were friendly & answered our questions patiently. Coffee was delightful! We loved it, both the espresso & the milk were of great quality. Personally I loved my Mexican Iced Coffee — it was unique & delicious. Would recommend this place! It’s decently affordable too.”
“Another nice place to hang out for gin lovers out there, right in the heart of Dunedin CBD. It has a cool ambiance and a variety of cocktails menu. Don't worry if you are not into gin, there are many other things you can choose to drink. The attendants are super friendly. If they are not busy, they will come around to talk to you. Highly recommended place to wind down on Friday evening.”
“We went here for dinner tonight and the food was amazing, we especially loved the eye fillet, fried chicken and pork pieces! The hazy beer I had on tap was really nice too and the dessert was fantastic. Great service also, the staff were really lovely. Overall was one of the best restaurants I've been to in Dunedin, will definitely be back!”
“What an awesome liquor store and one of the few that stock Dubonnet! A lucky find and we were able to enjoy a few cheeky G&Ds on our recent trip to Dunedin. The gentleman working there on Friday evening (owner?) was very friendly and helpful.”
“A really fun thing to do. And this is coming from a girl who is by no means a beer fanatic. Thomas was a great tour guide, incredibly knowledgable and very passionate. Good sense of humour too. Really cool to do a truly South Island experience, delicious beer tasting at the end, plus the gift shop does actually have quite cool stuff! Thanks for a fun arvo team :)”
