   It’s hard to find gluten free, dairy free kai in Aotearoa, but not when you dine here. So many options for different dietary needs and flavour palettes. I had the kimchi omelette, and my partner had the buckwheat pancakes and it filled us up for the rest of the day! I also got the beetroot cake from the cabinet for the drive. That I would not recommend, as it’s very textural (texture like eating a mound of desiccated coconut), but anything off of the order-in menu goes hard. (On texture - if your sensory needs mean no crunchy bits in your smoothie - I found my smoothie came with nuts and seeds added. Feel free to ask for no added stuff if needed!)

   Amazing gluten-free meal. The service was outstanding with real attention to detail. We ordered nearly half the menu and not a single dish was left behind , five dishes between two people and every plate was cleared. Everything was fresh, full of flavour, and thoughtfully prepared. For a gluten-free dining experience, this was an easy 10/10 ⭐️

   Great pick for vegan/ GF foodies! My wife and I enjoyed a really tasty breakfast coming here at Gratitude. Despite not having dietary needs myself, I was happy that the food catered to both. Super tasty GF/DF cabinet options as well as the full menu having plenty to pick from. We went with the gourmet toast (plus two eggs) as well as the buckwheat pancakes. Staff were friendly and nice.    Best plant based cafe in town. Their dishes are well presented, and when you look at it you feel chef has put a lot of effort into making it not only tasts good but looks good too. Made with love, I would say. One of my favorite plant based cafes that I go to regularly for lunch.

   Love this place, my fave place to eat in NZ! Lots of GF and DF options and so much deliciousness! Can recommend the mushroom latte and potato hash! Their GF bread is amazing too! So much yumminess here, you can't go wrong!!
