A large discount store down the road attracts the big crowds, leaving this one surprisingly empty. It's always pleasant to walk in here and not be mushed in with throngs of people in the vegetable section as other stores funnel everyone in there. “During a sale we purchased an air fryer, due in store stock levels the model we chose was dispatched from the warehouse and delivered to our home. Prior to the unit arriving we had second thoughts about the model we had chosen. We called it to the store and explained the situation, not a problem we’ll sort things out when the unit arrives the assistant told us. The fryer arrived and we duly took in to the store for an exchange. What breath of fresh air it was no problem for the assistant to do the paperwork and exchange units.
