Stopped in on New Year’s Day and were greeted with friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. The food came out quickly and the portions were just right. The hot chocolate and coffee were really good, and you definitely don’t leave hungry. A comfy, cute spot! we will be back.
A perfect spot for coffee lovers! Their matcha is absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve had. My kids loved the hot chocolate too, which made the visit even better. Great quality drinks and a lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely be visiting again!
Not too sure about this place...im a visitor from Auckland. I was there on Sunday morning and ordered one Small cappucino and a Large Matcha Latte with almond milk....girl was friendly and charged me $14.50. When i hot drimka arrived..i received my orders but in small sized takeaway cups...and i said to the young lady...i ordered a Large Matcha...and she replied oh..we only do small size (4oz)!. Wo dered why she didnt say that they only do small size drink when i ordered! Moreover, so that mean to say....a small Matcha latte with almond milk is $7.25 in Christchurch!.... Emmmm.. Been to a few places and this place is definately a rip off!
Tables were left dirty and uncleared for extended periods of time. Staff went past them multiples times and didn’t bother to clear them. Rather off putting. Food from the cabinet was hit n miss. The cake didn’t taste fresh but the panini was good. The coffee tasted stale but their hot chocolate though was very nice. Gave them a chance after seeing them pop up on my instagram feed but unfortunately won’t be back. Nice location but that doesn’t save the day unfortunately.
Nice coffee and breakfast with a great view of passing trams. Just watch out for the cheeky birds eyeing your food!
Quiet and hidden away on Regent Street, this place is perfect for lunch and a great coffee. Upstairs dining is quiet and comfortable, service is wonderful.
My carrot cake was very fresh and tasty , ☕ was very good and you can watch the trams go by...
As our other favorite (child sister) was too busy with a huge queue out of their door … we decided to go here for a quick breakfast … and what a nice pleasant surprise. Great home style food - right in the small alley. Beware of the naughty birds that try to grab your breaky away … or the tram with all the tourists :) slowly passing … Good eggs your style - we went for the wrap
Nice and cosy little Eatery at the New Regent St. Staff were polite and welcoming. We ordered the pancakes and while the price was not the cheapest around the pancakes justified the price.
