Food all cold, steak so cold the garlic butter slice remained solid, no sign of melting. Fries all cold, the only savimg grace was the excellent fresh salad. Deserts ok but the 20 minute wait was unacceptable.
Food was tasty but the food service was sooooo slow. An hours wait for a basic roast. Then they made a mistake with the order and made me feel it was MY fault. Used to be a place to hang out on Friday nite in the old days but just your run of the mill place these days - even the bar prices are dearer than my local pub sadly.
My partner & I were looking for place for dinner in New Brighton. I relied on the nice feedback of New Brighton Club Bistro here in Google. So we tried, and the Bistro didn’t disappoint me. The service, the food, the atmosphere and the affordability are all there. Thank you.

5 of us ordered at same time but meals came out 15 minutes apart first two had finished their meal before we got ours so could not eat together poor service compared to the time before we did alot of prep work to take a very high needs person there for lunch turned out a desarster lady was quite rude
Great simple food, good place for raffles if your feeling lucky, need to be a member to use the services though
We were delighted to find good home cooking food in the "roast of the day". What a wonderful change from battered food and chips! Staff we're very friendly. If you're not a member, you can take a one month membership for 5$, to buy alcohol at the bar. Very recommended
Really appreciate great people and a vibrant atmosphere. Great food and the live entertainment was absolutely excellent. We all had a grand time and a great night out on New Years Eve. As far as the staff go. Keep doing what you do people. Thanks for a fantastic evening and great experience. We will be back.
Just fab all round. Bistro meals = oh yum. Roast of the day. Hard to get thru the BIG plateful. Roast pork, seems like half a pig on the plate !
