“Wow this is a return visit to this intimate dining venue after a few years. This time I was with my family. The portion sizes are generous. We had three small dishes and three mains with three sides. The small dishes were larger than expected. Pork, prawns and fish tartar all different but delicious. For a main I had the sweet and sour pork belly, this my go to dinner choice and it was mind blowing. I have rarely had a dish that was so perfectly balanced between rich salty pork and the sour sauce, I was in heaven. The duck fried rice and beef curry were rich and flavourful. No one had food envy and there was enough to share, we all loved it. Cocktails were lovely too, high recommended dinner experience. I'll let the photos speak for the cosy intimate atmosphere.”

“Deliciously amazing Don buri. Partner had the teriyaki chicken which was melt in your mouth and I had the misodare pork which was perfect. Pricing wise is cheap for what is offered. Going back again to try the rest of the menu!”

“Tried this out for my birthday because of the reviews. Did not disappoint. Beautiful dishes. Not all dishes were to my liking but I dined with family & everyone enjoyed their food. We spent around $500 & that's js because we bought heaps of plates for 9 of us & had heaps of leftovers. Loved the bbq pork & sweet taro balls? And also the little buns with condensed milk not sure what they were called. Duck was also good. Oh and the soft shell crab was to die for. So good. Too many other dishes to name but thoroughly enjoyed our meals & will definitely come back in the near future to try other dishes. Thank you”

“Have only had the food through Uber eats but I think I need to dine in soon and get the full experience. If you are struggling to choose from the menu you will not regret trying the street noodles with chicken, some of the best noodles I have had in Auckland. They are consistent with the flavours and have been identical each time I have tried them. I recommended them to my flatmates and they also loved the food. Highly recommend.”

“This place never dissapoints, we drive from Mairangi Bay to get standard takeaways here. Burgers and Toasties are great. They have THE BEST chips. Their wontons are delicous too. Have tried a couple chinese dishes and they didn't disappoint either. The owners/staff are really nice too. Definitely worth the drive.”

“This was our first time visiting this pizza place after seeing some good reviews. We ordered the Chicken Slingy Pizza and the Spicy Lamb Pizza. I can definitely confirm this is one of the best pizza places on this side of Auckland. I've tried all the pizza shops in the area and this is definitely the best with regards to taste, quality and value for money. “Oh my! What a gastronomic experience ❤️ He had sweet and sour chicken and rice and I had sunshine (can’t remember exactly the name) pork and rice. Condiments included garlic vinegar, and two types of chillies sauce. Generous portions that are filling. My second time here and his first. He was impressed! It’s a small place, in the middle of Birkenhead. Easy to get to by car or bus (from the city) with plenty of parking. You simply have to come experience authentic Vietnamese cuisine! So delicious. ❤️”

The fried chicken and rick racker are absolutely delicious. The beef slices are perfect for the hot pot—juicy and tender. The owner even adds hot pot sauce to enhance the flavor. The soup for the hot pot is tasty, well-seasoned without being too salty. And don’t miss out on the bubble tea; it’s the perfect complement to the meal. Highly recommended!”

“This haircut barbar is for females and males. Today I went here to get my first hair cut in NZ after being here for over 6 years. Does anyone feel Auckland's haircut very expensive? This store is much cheaper than other stores. I will come back definitely. I am satisfied with Denis' haircut for me. Highly recommend people to come here.”

“Man can never go wrong with Vietnamese food. I rate this restaurant a 10/10 for food alone and same rating for service and atmosphere. I picked up takeaway food it was ready within 10 minutes (I ordered over the phone). The service I was given was wonderful and the food along with it made the experience beautiful. Thank you for your wonderful food I didn’t get home to eat for another 20minutes because I had to stop by somewhere else and when i ate it it was still really warm. Just wondering- do you do big platters? I have an event coming up so I’m wanting to know.”

“Food is really good. Highly recommend the dumplings in the chilli & pepper soup. Warning, food is a lot spicier here. Normally would go for a medium, but that ended up feeling like a hot/extra hot. If you like things hot but not to the point of sweating a lot, stick to the mild.”
