Dean and Flor are always happy to help with anything fitness related and it’s very helpful to be able to pick their brain with any fitness related questions I have. Gym has a great setup with Muay Thai Boxing equipment as well as weight training equipment and cardio machines. Dean is super professional and has a lot of passion for the art of Muay Thai. I’ve been actively training here for 4 months now and I’m loving it.”
