I saw Ivan yesterday on short notice for a calf strain ahead of a marathon this weekend. Both he and the lady at reception were kind, clear and welcoming. Ivan has good technical knowledge and was able to provide realistic advice and guidance on managing the injury. I'll be back in future and would highly recommend the Active+ team to anyone.

I would highly recommend Active+ Papakura. My experience with Jade has always been positive and helpful with my injury. She listens very carefully and doesn't rush me. She is friendly and attentive. The receptionists are also warm and welcoming. The facilities are great including a small gym for rehabilitation exercises.
The team and Active+ Physio are friendly and knowledgeable. I was rehabilitated back to normal from my injury and was taught a lot to help prevent further injury. I really appreciate the help and support i was given.
Would highly recommend. I’ve seen multiple Physio’s at Active+ for a range of sports injuries, both acute and chronic, and have had nothing but good results. Amy and Shayla are friendly and professional, and I’ve found them to be very understanding and easy to work with when it comes to managing injuries whilst still training in my sport. This is a great physio clinic and location! It has easy parking, up to date gear and rehab equipment and also has quite a few physio's so you'll always manage to get an appointment relatively quickly. I've been seeing Mark over the past few months for a shoulder injury. He quickly diagnosed most of the issues and was very efficient in his assessment and treatment. Mark was able to clearly explain his processes, talking through the cause of the injury and also the reasoning behind the prescribed exercises too. Mark also referred me for an ultrasound on the first session in order to get a better look at my injury and a few sessions later he also referred me to a sports specialist. My shoulder has definitely improved over the past few months and is nearly back at 100% This was undoubtedly due to the professionalism and knowledge at Active Plus Counties. I would highly recommend this practice for anyone who's looking to rehab their injuries or nagging pains!
