   Bad experience. ACC approved our payments but the staff was rude saying we have to pay the amount before the appointment. I explained ACC will pay for it and provided the email from ACC case manager regarding confirmation. The staff is asking for confirmation from ACC directly to them.ACC provided the confirmation to their head office which the local branch has not received yet and as a client we ended up paying for it. This is not right. Why can’t the staff talk to their head office and get confirmation? They treated us like we going to cheat them by not paying for the treatment. Due to the injury we are going through a hard time and this is what we getting from the treatment providers here

   Really helpful that they called us with a cancellation to see my daughter sooner parking upfront limited to appointment well presented waiting area not much of a queue staff are friendly and helpful, would recommend to use them for physio.
