Padma truly believes in sharing the power of yoga and works super hard to provide access to everyone. There are dedicated locals who are very friendly to newcomers and the practices are well crafted. It's also super affordable! Thank you Padma for all that you do!
I've never been but Padma is the kindest soul on social media. These kids/teens seeking some attention out of jealousy giving her 1 stars. It's obvious by their words they aren't genuine students.
Padma is a great yoga teacher, I’ve been attending her classes for about two months now. I really enjoy my evening sessions with her. Lots of good poses and stretches as well as some great banter and laughs too. Would highly recommend.
I have been going to Padma for 7 years now and have had nothing but incredible service, respect and teaching from her. I continue to be grateful for her sharing her knowledge. Re the 1 stars - there's clearly some weird smear campaign going on from people who haven't even been to her classes.
Padma’s yoga classes give such an effective workout to the whole body. She is knowledgeable and I feel I have learnt more stretches in her class than I have in any other yoga studio. A++ from me!

Hands down one of the best yoga studios around! Wonderful teacher, beautiful space, and classes that are perfect for any level of experience. I enjoy being guided by Padma. Her attention to detail and alignment, and her ability to hold space for her students during class has always left me feeling supported and grounded so I can get the most out of my practice in that moment.
