“I have been doing yoga for over 10 years and Petra is the best teacher I have been taught by during this time. She has taught me so much in the two terms that I have been practicing with her. She has helped me to gain strength, balance and has assisted me in gaining knowledge and accuracy with my yoga postures. I would highly recommend practicing with Petra. She really focusses on the person as an individual and is both professional and incredibly inspirational. Thank you Petra!”
“Both of my daughters (now 6 and 8) are in the Tumbles class, not yet competitive. We've been in the class nearly a year and they have both grown so much -- athletically speaking -- able to kartwheel, handspring, etc -- but also personally -- developing the confidence to perform in front of an audience. The program is very well run, safe and incredible value for the skills and confidence little ones gain. I must also note, the management and coaches are not simply ticking boxes, they are people who really care, understand discipline and hard work, but also know that it has to be fun for younger children to want to be involved and to stay involved -- it's encouraging to see and an encouraging place for young people to be and learn! Wishing the program continued success :)”

“I spent the summer holiday at beautiful Mount Maunganui and had left Auckland a bit injured, I'd torn my calf muscle early Dec and then hurt my back prior to Christmas. I'd had treatment in Auckland, but wasn't quite right. A good friend recommended going to see Pierrick at Mount Physio and WOW I am SO glad I did. He has a wonderful variety of techniques and is a delight to work with. After two treatments and a lot of walking the beach and up the mount… I am back firing on all cylinders again.
