Really dishonest. I'm currently dealing with them as my eight year old son hasn't gone for months to the Children's Parkour, but I've accidently overpaid them for a months worth of lessons. They are refusing to refund my money. I'm trying now to talk to Management. Makes me wonder what they are teaching the kids. They have told me there is no way I'm getting my money back. I said but they can see that he has not attended, but they said they don't keep attendance records. So if there's a fire, they don't even know if your kid is there. If your kid were to leave they probably wouldn't notice as they have no idea who is there or not. I don't even care about the money anymore. The fact they don't bother keeping attendance records. That's so dangerous.
