Fun day. Bikes were excellent with baskets so you can easily carry water etc. lots of vineyards close by. If you buy wine in selected winery they will be picked and bring back to the bike station…a very nice touch.
This is a great way to visit the wine farms! We really enjoyed biking around. The support provided by the tour company was great. Good guidance on the wine farms, maps and planning and they collect your wine purchases ready for you to pick up at the end. Great activity in Napier.
this was our first time riding e-bikes and it made such a great experience for our Hawkes Bay winery tour day! We loved the feeling of whizzing around from place to place while barely breaking out a sweat - it meant we got to see more wineries than if we had a regular bike, and it was more fun than driving! The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful with great winery suggestions and he even gave us a souvenir map at the end of the day - plus the wine pick up service was so helpful as I'm sure our bottles would have flown out of our bike baskets. highly recommend!
Husband and I had a great experience at On Yer Bikes! Phil, the owner had our bikes ready to go as soon as we arrived and gave us some advice on the wineries in the area. He was so friendly as well, we had a nice chat when we returned the bikes. It was so fun riding between the wineries on E-bikes, it made it a breeze! They also provide a wine pick up service from the wineries so you didn't have to worry about carrying them with you. Would definitely rent from them again.
Good opportunity to visit vineyards on bike. It was be an amazing experience especially when in groups. The bikes were in pretty good condition. Few options available such as standard bikes, e-bikes and Dutch bikes (long ones with kid's seats).

Awesome day doing the Bridge Pa circuit . E-bikes are great, with plenty of power for the whole way. Had our 73 year old mother in law with us and she managed fine. Easy and well communicated process. Would recommend.
Had an amazing time on our self guided tour, such good fun on the e bikes. A special shoutout to the owner as he dropped us back into town after we finished. A highlight of our time in NZ, couldn’t recommend it enough!
Great idea, really well thought out, we had a fab time cycling between the vineyards. The staff are friendly and bikes are good condition, they give you a map and suggestions of which way to go and which vineyards to visit that day, we loved it! Cycling felt safe as there are dedicated cycle tracks for most of the way, only short stretches on quiet roads.
Brilliant day. Wedll worth it - they even go round and pick your wines up for you.
