Went out of their way to open outside of hours, provided some great advice on ensuring the install was going to work for the rider before proceeding, and did a great and professional job on the install itself.    We are very happy customers. My husband and I recently bought a Merida 25 Expresso for me and a Sinch Mode 2 Internal MY23 electric bike for him plus a bike rack. We could not believe how wonderful the personalized service was that we received from Vanquish Cycles to make sure we got the right bikes for our needs. We also bought helmets, gloves, reflective jackets and padded pants for me. They have everything you need all in one place. We took different bikes out for a 'test ride' which was great, we could then review what suited us. The bikes with the rack have given us so much freedom to explore places we havnt been to before. Great advice, great product, great service, great price, great communication, great people. 2 bikes and a rack later…all i have is praise for them and a sore bum coz after a long hiatus from riding (like 3 years ago) my wife decided that a 34 k ride was a good way to re-start our cycling! I also needed a really good bike lock which I bought from Vanquish Cycles. Anyone wanting really good service from Antony and his staff should check them out. I would definitely use them again.    Just dropped in at the end of the day with an issue on my e bike. It took one look to diagnose the problem and a quick repair on the spot. The rattling noise was fixed at the same time. All of this free of charge and with a smile. Brilliant service and great place to visit.
