   Passing through Rangiora and needed a battery issue looked at - sometimes wishful thinking pre-Christmas. Jacob sorted the issue within hours in a very helpful and cheery way. So much so that I ended up buying a newer model of my Supercharger bike. I’m happy, he’s happy and good to know that he is there for future needs. Thanks Jacob.

   Excellent customer service from the team. Recently my dad's battery and charger decided to play up. Instead of just selling him brand new ones, they asked to look into the issues. Only a new changer was required, and everything was sent back to him on the West Coast. Very good price and reliable. Highly appreciated and recommended.

   Very poor service, be waiting for a charger to be delivered an have called back 3 times regarding this an have been told to give address witch I done on the original after pay then told to email address to the boss then called back up an they told me the boss was on holiday overseas then called back up an they said it hasn't even been sent out an that it would be sent that day an I would receive in that day, still didn't receive it very poor service would not recommend purchasing from thier store
