These guys really do give a damn about their customers getting out riding. Annoying intermittent fault with my E, they kept researching and testing until it was nailed and has not missed a beat since. Fair charge for the work undertaken. Coffee is pretty good as well :-)
New setup in the new location is much nicer than the original one. A bit tricky to find as is just a door front among the other businesses but it’s a bright orange door so this helps a lot. Parking front of said door too. Still a strong thread on servicing with larger workshop with a display area and a couch to have a coffee on. Recommended.
Wonderful team and a top notch service. I've tried three other service workshops to get my derailleur properly tuned and address some strange sounds. NONE of them made much of a difference. Outset handled it all in a day. My bike is now handling lightyears better than when I bought it brand new. Thanks Outset! See you for the next one.
If you are investing serious money in a bike these guys are outstanding. Started off as a frame purchase and morphed into a full bike build. All of this was done by phone/email as I am in Christchurch. Could not have asked for better advice/guidance in choosing the parts and tolerance when i changed my mind! The result was a bike that arrived and has exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Jerry and all of those who helped put this bike together.
I’ve had the ease and pleasure of working with Bruce Davey on a new build, I could not turn down. The replies, kept up to date info on the build, what was happening, the price, the whole run down and organisation of this new build. It has been second to none professionalism. Has kept me excited to see this dreadnought the whole time. Nothing has been a bother to him, any request has been met (even though I’m sure it can’t be easy at times) They have gone every extra mile to ensure this build, and dream bike of mine, will be brought to life. Worked with Jerry and Felipe to bring my somewhat old school Turner into the modern era. Being a 2009 frame and fork the project involved a lot of hunting around for compatible parts and experimentation. 3Sixty built me a bike! It was an eccentric request - a bike that would take me into 20+ years of adventuring - multi-day bikepacking, day rambling, and everything in between. Bikes have a personality and I wanted this one to be a bit fun and different. I have had dealings with these guys on multiple occasions, all of which have been excellent! They have been incredibly patient and helpful with everything from sorting me out with a new frameset to sending me pictures of multiple components for colour match which eventually led to the custom built (by them) wheelset in the attached photo. I have been back again for everything from stems and droppers to another entirely custom wheelset. Great bunch of people with great service and great products to back them. Would recommend to anyone looking for some cool and special bike parts or just accidentally buy a whole new bike. Worth it. Cheers guys!
