The entire process was quick and easy. They also provided advice and told me to wait a few more days so I could save more. I wasn’t in a hurry to use my car, so two days later, they called me and told me they had found a more reasonably priced part. As a result, I saved about $300. “Contacted Novus after receiving no contact from Smith and Smith. After filing out their easy form online, Novus contacted me over the phone to confirm my selected appointment less than 5 minutes later. Appointment was scheduled for Wednesday but their mobile service was free and they phoned to see if I'd like it done today (Monday) and we're promptly round 15 minutes later and had my windscreen chip fixed both promptly, effectively and professionally. Highly recommend”

“Was very lucky to get our van checked over for a service from Midas in Tauranga, unfortunately didn’t get the name of the team that dealt with us and the van, but they clearly explained everything, gave great advice and were very friendly and understanding throughout.
