   I've been to this garage 3 times now, love there service, I've called with no appointments and they have taken my car in the same day, way cheaper than other garages in South Auckland I must say awesome team, they even do Afterpay, how great is that especially for low income people. Highly recommend this company. Down side is parking, but who cares with the awesome service. 5 star's

   I would like to highly recommend BDM Automotive for their outstanding service. I recently had a full service and WOF completed on my Toyota Aqua, and I was very impressed with both the efficiency and thoroughness of their work. The entire process was handled in a professional manner, and the turnaround time was much quicker than expected. It is clear that the team takes great pride in their workmanship and customer care. I will definitely be returning to BDM Automotive in the future with my car, and I would not hesitate to bring any of my other vehicles here as well.

   I highly recommend BDM for both servicing and repairs. I've taken my car to them multiple times and have never been disappointed. Ron is incredibly humble and polite, and the team genuinely listens and pays attention to your concerns. Even the receptionist was warm and accommodating. BDM is definitely one of the most trustworthy and reliable places I've come across.

   Turned up for my WOF and service which I had booked in a week prior only to be told they couldnt do the WOF as the "guy" was out of town. They didnt call or text to inform me of this which I think is poor service as I would have rescheduled! I had to organise things and have someone collect me. I ended up having the service done and they called me about 3hrs later (1pm) as they had finished. I said I would be there around 3pm to get my car. The shop was closing (even though its meant to be open until 5pm) so was told I could collect my keys from the recycled clothing shop next door! Was worried my car might not even be there when I arrived. Honestly, what a joke! Will not be returning here.

   3 stars for the service package that I got through Grabone.It was well priced and they did a relative good job. Wheel alignment was a definite upset,after the adjustment still had issues and went on the next day,they changed the tires(left - right rotation ) and told me the tires I have are not balanced.(Which I bought the day before and had balanced). Then I went to the guy who sold me the tires and he showed me on his equipment zero degrees issues with tire balance. Since I didn't have time I didn't pursue the matter with BDM.
