"False advertising"i made an online order and they cancelled it 4 days later they did refund my money wont reply to my emails with a real explanation and just changed the price online i will be giving you any more business i feel that it was dishonest
Purchased anchor winch package online which was accepted and payment taken. Received email later cancelling order stating out of stock. Checked online shortly after to find still available but increase of $1000!!! They then tried to sell me just the winch for nearly $200 more than the original package price. Just admit pricing error and apologise next time.
Just would like to say how awesome the service was from Action Outdoors. I've been a commercial fisher for the last 17 years the quality of the nets was of top quality. Mike was so easy to deal with and has a wealth of knowledge. Would highly recommend dealing with this company.
Wow. I am extremely impressed with the service. I ordered at night, immediately had email confirmation. Within 20 minutes had dispatch information with tracking and the next afternoon. It arrived with Aramax who really are usually slow. Thank you team for your great service
