Just stopped in to see if they had any small parts I needed for my Odyssey and after waiting only 5 minutes Ty bought out the exact parts I needed and came out with me to make sure they fit, and to top it off didn’t charge me anything for the parts. Could not be more happy and will be recommending them to everyone.
Nice fella helped me immensely and I appreciated it.
I ordered some parts from this company earlier today and called around lunchtime to check if they had been couriered. The salesperson told me, “You’ll receive it in about two hours.” After waiting, I called back and spoke to someone else, only to be told the part hadn’t even been charged and the courier hadn’t picked it up. These guys are full of bullshit. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic accountability is honestly ridiculous. They also deal with Capricorn, which is concerning because you’d expect a certain standard from Capricorn-affiliated businesses and this ain’t it. To all mechanics and auto shops, don’t waste your time. Look for a supplier that’s actually reliable, honest, and efficient. I don’t know how these guys got approved by Capricorn, but they definitely shouldn’t be part of it with the way they operate.
I bought an item from here. As soon as I had payed for it complete, ol mate comes out from around the corner and starts pulling parts off it … BUT, I will admit the item was there and the price was reasonable. Would be 5 stars if it wasn’t for ol mate
Arranged to pickup a tyre and rim advertised on trade me, give them two days notice of the time and date I would arrive,when I did arrived in person to collect they informed they had accidentally advertised the tyre with the rim,and it wasn't available. Pity they didn't think of informing me before arrived.
Awesome fast response, by a friendly staff member who helped woth sorting out a problem I had with a part that I had ordered.
Doesn't stock parts prior to 2001 which is insane considering the amount of cars on the roads not from this century. Very friendly and helpful staff though

Annoying how they don’t sell parts that you need, when in stock they say its for insurance purposes and or they want to sell the entire thing. Takes long for them to also respond to emails (still haven’t received one back) . Oh well found the part somewhere else
