Dynamic Speed Alert—Map Speed Alert was confusing, although resolving it took longer. I have to praise and compliment the Gitrap VW Botany team for their patience and professionalism in resolving the matter. The whole process was handled in the most professional way to get to the root of the issue. Thank you for going through the exercise to solve it.
Friendly, professional and very thorough. The mechanic team is great and took excellent car of my car, going above and beyond. The service team is very friendly and knowledgeable, able to provide good advice on what is required. Showroom and waiting area is clean and tidy, and comfortable to be in. Very happy overall.

A very very important reminder, if you want to borrow a vehicle from there, please spend 15 mins or more to check very very carefully before you sign the agreement. I paid a repair bill for a less than 1mm tiny unobvious dent which is 120% not caused by me, because I didn’t find at the beginning. The biggest mistake is I shouldn’t trust them and only spent couple minutes to quick check around, and now have to pay for own stupid careless. I was a loyal customer for a few years, but this time feel so disappointed. Maybe it’s time to sell the VW and don’t want to visit this place anymore.
Great experience with friendly staff and fast, efficient service. Booking my vehicle in for a service was made easy by the helpful consultants that coordinated everything via email. On the day of the service, alternative arrangements were made for my loan vehicle to accommodate my needs. The service team helped out with speaking with my mechanical breakdown insurance and the team has had to go through a process to get themselves registered, which they also did. I'm sure this will be helpful when I have to address a breakdown I had. Also appreciated the fact that none of the repairs were being forced and the customer can think about and decide which repairs to take on. Thanks team
