“Had a battery and charger fitted A year or 2 ago in our caravan and had a prob with the charger not working when we were down in Queenstown. Dropped the workshop a photo and email and they booked me 2 days later. It was replaced , installed under warranty and Sparks also charged and checked my battery and gave me some good advice on charging etc- and all no charge! I'm someone who doesn't mind paying premium price for premium service. My experience with Jordan was direct straight to the point and very clear with what my cars needed. I paid for quality service and I got quality service, I appreciate the fact that he showed me the oil leak, and taught me about maintenance for my hybrid, 2011 Toyota Prius. This also included the tow truck operator who took me to his workshop..(5.30pm Friday night and Matt was still open and happy to help.) “After failing my WOF at VTNZ, I went to the VTNZ recommend garage. They quoted $850 for 2 ball joints. Luckily I came to Paokwhai Autos for another quote. Scott did the job for $450 in only 3 hours. Nearly half the price for the exact same job! Great communication, good location (with loan cars) and a genuine operator.
